Conditioned Computer Space The building contains over 20,000 square feet of climate controlled computer space with raised floors, 24-hour air conditioning, UPS back-up, and 9 foot ceilings. Life Safety/Building Features Security System The building security system includes card readers at entrance points and door monitoring on the emergency exit doors. There is a multi-camera CCTV system that monitors interior and exterior locations. Fire Protection The fire alarm system is a device addressable system. The East tower has smoke detector coverage through out the office area. The HVAC systems are monitored by duct detectors. The sprinkler system water flow and valve tamper switches are monitor by the fire alarm system. The occupant notification devices are combination horn/ strobe units. The West tower is fully sprinklered and the East Tower is partly sprinklered with full sprinkler coverage of the East 5 office area. There is a fire pump in the West tower that maintains pressure on the sprinkler systems in both the East and West towers. Public Address System There is a building wide public address system.
